George V. Weston III

I am George Weston, the broker and principal of Palm Beach International Real Estate, LLC.  I am a full time resident of Palm Beach and I have been in and around the Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast for over 32 years. I am a 1982 graduate of The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach and a 1987 graduate of The University of Alabama.

Aside from personal real estate transactions up and down the East Coast and Midwest, my professional real estate career began in 1999 with Paulette Koch Real Estate in Palm Beach.  The time at Paulette Koch Real Estate was beneficial, learning many of the finer details of procuring and closing real estate transactions.  A couple highlights were representing the seller of a Palm Beach property purchased by singer Jimmy Buffet and the sale of an Intracoastal estate in the Town of Palm Beach.  In 2002, I accepted a position with Palm Beach International Real Estate, Inc. to take advantage of that firm’s lead sales position.  While at Palm Beach International Real Estate, in 2004, my sales exceeded $20 million including a Jupiter Island oceanfront compound and another Intracoastal estate on Jupiter Island.  In  2005, Corcoran Group Real Estate enticed me to join them.  I enjoyed the big firm feel and benefits at Corcoran and enjoyed additional success in representing buyers and sellers of estates in South Florida luxury towns and communities.  In June of this year, I was offered the opportunity to return to Palm Beach International Real Estate as the broker and principal.  I look forward to the challenges and excitement of managing and staffing Palm Beach International Real Estate, LLC. and continuing the success that started in 1995.
